Agreement to Terms
By accessing lumaniimpact.site or purchasing products from Lumani Impact (MV ECOM LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service and our policies (Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice).

Digital Products & Delivery
We sell digital eBooks in English. Delivery occurs:
via the order confirmation page after payment approval, and/or
via email to the address used at checkout.

License & Permitted Use
When you purchase an eBook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the content for your own use.
You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, upload, or publish the files
Provide download links to others
Remove copyright notices or claim authorship
Use the content for commercial resale without written permission
We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and digital files are owned by Lumani Impact/MV ECOM LLC or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Pricing & Billing
Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed.
If your payment is declined or flagged, access may be delayed or blocked until verification.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Because products are digital and immediately delivered, refunds are limited and typically not available once access is provided, except for qualifying cases (duplicate charge, non-delivery, unresolvable technical defect).
