Refund & Return Policy (Digital Products)

Overview
Lumani Impact (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells digital eBooks in English with immediate access upon successful payment approval. Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, our refund policy is designed to be fair while also preventing misuse (such as downloading and then requesting a refund).
This policy applies to purchases made on lumaniimpact.site through Shopify checkout.
Digital Product Nature & No-Return Rule
All products sold by Lumani Impact are digital goods delivered electronically (download link on the order confirmation page and/or email delivery).
Digital goods cannot be “returned.” Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
Refund Eligibility (When We Can Refund)
We may issue a refund only under the circumstances below:
Duplicate Charges / Accidental Multiple Orders
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or placed duplicate orders by mistake, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) after verification.
Non-Delivery (No Access Provided)
If you did not receive the download link on the confirmation page and did not receive the delivery email after payment approval, and our support team cannot restore access within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
Corrupted File or Technical Defect
If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened under normal conditions, and we cannot provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
Unauthorized Transaction (Fraud) — Case-by-Case
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We may request information to verify the claim. If confirmed, we may issue a refund or guide you through next steps.
Not Eligible for Refunds (Important)
Refunds will generally not be granted for:
Change of mind after access has been delivered.
You already downloaded or accessed the file, except in cases of verifiable technical defect we cannot resolve.
You purchased the wrong product or misunderstood the product description.
You do not like the writing style, level, or content.
Incompatibility due to your device/software when a compatible reader is reasonably available (e.g., PDF/ePub/Mobi readers).
Requests made long after purchase when access was provided and no technical defect exists.
Why: Digital products can be copied and retained, and once delivered they cannot be recovered or returned.

We strongly encourage contacting us first—most issues can be resolved quickly by restoring access or providing a new link/file.

Resolution Timeline
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
If your issue is technical, we may provide troubleshooting steps and/or a new download link.
If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method.
Refund Processing (Stripe / Card Issuers)
Approved refunds are submitted immediately, but your bank/card issuer may take 5–10 business days (sometimes longer) to post the refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes (Please Contact Us First)
Filing a chargeback while we are actively assisting you can delay resolution. We are committed to fair outcomes and often can solve issues faster than a bank dispute.
