Digital Delivery Only (No Physical Shipping)
Lumani Impact sells digital eBooks only. We do not ship physical products.
Delivery Method
After payment approval, you will receive your digital product via:
Instant download link on the order confirmation (“Thank you”) page, and/or
Email delivery sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery Timing
Most orders are delivered immediately after payment is approved.
In some cases, payment verification can take longer (e.g., bank checks, anti-fraud checks). If this happens, delivery may be delayed.
Delivery Requirements (Customer Responsibility)
To ensure successful delivery:
Use a valid email address at checkout.
Check spam/junk folders.
Ensure your email provider does not block automated emails.
Use an up-to-date PDF/ePub reader (depending on file format provided).

Because products are digital, there are no shipping fees or shipping timelines like postal/express carriers.
